Lakme announces partners for fashion week  ( February '24,2006, BS)

Lakme Fashion Week (LFW) today announced its partners for the upcoming Lakme Fashion Week in Mumbai.

Kingfisher Airlines will be the domestic airline partner and Hilton Towers the hospitality partner. Zee TV is the official broadcast sponsor while Sify Max would carry a live webcast of the event.

“Our association with LFW 2006 reiterates our leadership in this space and makes the event available to internet users wherever they may be. The on demand availability of the show will also ensure they can catch the event whenever they want,” said Surya Mantha, senior vice-president (interactive services) Sify Max. Apart from this, Carbon has come on board as the official jewellery partner.

Lakme Lever Vice President Anil Chopra said that in keeping with the trend at the earlier fashion weeks, Lakme would be launching its new collection to coincide with the fashion week.
